Being fair and ethical is a fundamental part of how we do business. By choosing certified Fairtrade ingredients we are not only helping to create opportunities for farmers in developing countries to improve their working and living conditions, we are also contributing to society through investments in schools, healthcare and water supply.

United Nations Global Compact

In 2009, Oriflame decided to support the United Nations Global Compact. The Compact consists of 10 principles regarding human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption. Although it is voluntary, it is the largest corporate citizenship and sustainability initiative in the world.
