Our sales organizations around the world is constantly on the outlook for exceptional talent; those individuals who are relatively early in their career and want a fast track into top management roles and an international career within Oriflame. Depending on your previous experience and the size of the market where you will be located, you may start either as a Management Trainee, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Manager. You may even be given the opportunity to directly take on a role in the Management team.
At Oriflame’s Global Operations division we are responsible for the integration of key business functions across our Global Supply and Business Development capabilities. The role of our Operations division is to build internal Business Development capacity, to better control business information flow, and to maintain the good performance and continue improvements in the Global Supply organization. We are also responsible for ensuring that Sustainability continues to be a focus moving forwards in all aspects of the Oriflame business.

Oriflame has over 40 years experience in producing beauty products, combining the best natural ingredients with the latest scientific research. Our accumulated knowledge and experience has been gathered into one dedicated Research & Development team which is in two locations, Dublin, Ireland and in Stockholm, Sweden.
Altogether, our Research & Development function employs over a hundred and twenty scientists and technical experts, covering many scientific disciplines including formulation science, skin research, clinical testing, process development, packaging technology, microbiology, toxicology, environmental science, patent support, and global regulatory & business affairs.

Altogether, our product marketing function employs over 70 employees and experts, covering many disciplines to manage our categories: Skin Care, Fragrances, Colour Cosmetic, Personal & Hair Care, Accessories and Wellness.
The Oriflame catalogue is how the brands and products come to life for consumers and Oriflame Consultants. By providing the ultimate shopping experience to consumers at a preferred time and place, the Oriflame catalogue supports the business opportunity to its Consultants.
Oriflame has a long experience in creating and producing the beautiful and selling Oriflame catalogues. The catalogue is as the core selling tool, the shopping window and the shop! A new Oriflame catalogue is distributed every three or four weeks in all markets. Each catalogue edition has its own theme and includes a display of selected products as well as new offers and seasonal promotions, altogether presenting around 700 products.
The Human Resource function in Oriflame has as the overall strategy to attract, recruit, develop and retain exceptional people who live and perform according to the Oriflame values in order to become the number 1 Beauty Company selling direct.
Human Resources are also about finding ways to maximize individual performance and motivation in the teams to help the business thrive and succeed long term.
The Human Resource function is built up with one Global HR team and in some of our countries also regional and/or local HR teams.
