The Human Resource function is built up with one Global HR team and in some of our countries also regional and/or local HR teams. The global HR center of excellence is situated in Stockholm where the following areas are represented:
The mission for the Global Talent Recruitment function is to identify, attract and recruit top performers within our target group to maximize and drive sales growth. The Talent Recruitment team also plays a key role in delivering our global employment value proposition to our target group and manages the full life cycle recruiting, while providing business leaders and HR with advisory, processes, training and tools to ensure diversity, high quality and best possible candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsible for the development of concepts, strategies and tools for Integrated Performance Management (including performance management, talent management and succession planning), and training in a variety of skills (including leadership/management training). The People Development team is also responsible for Oriflame’s flagship program for development training: Oriflame Academy.
The Global Reward Team creates and implements structures, programs and policies to make sure that Oriflame is an attractive employer, with engaged and motivated employees in a high performing culture. The Global Reward Team is responsible for International Assignments, Bonus Programs, Salary structure and salary review processes, benefits as well as career paths and employee engagement initiatives.
Clearly defined and aligned HR processes is a key component in order to ensure maximum development of our employees. In collaboration with Global process owners, local HR departments and HR shared services the function is responsible for alignment of HR processes, providing tools and frameworks that enables efficiency and provides clarity and support in execution for e.g Salary, Bonus and Performance management reviews. Through KPI´s, governance and process performance measurement we can ensure that we invest in the initiatives with the highest return of investment.
