Oriflame has released two collections of digital art in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFT). The first one was released in June of 2022 and the second one – later in August the same year. Items included into both collections serve as a special reward for Oriflame employees and Brand partners from the Global Leadership council – top-15 Oriflame global Leaders.
Oriflame NFT are published on the platform opensea.io and include the original artworks developed and created by the Global Communications team. The goal of this project is to create a unique reward to celebrate and recognise the achievements of the members of Oriflame Beauty community.
When creating these pieces of digital art, we were inspired by our values of Togetherness, Spirit and Passion (represented by our fun mascot The Oriflamian) as well as by some amazing products Oriflame has produced over the years.
We hope that by introducing these new digital assets to our employees and Brand partners, we can create amazing moments of recognition, togetherness and belonging. We also hope that this kind of reward will push our people to learn more about recent digital trends and become more tech-savvy. Last, but not the least, these NFT can become an investment opportunity for Oriflamians all around the world if they wish to sell their assets later.
In the future, Oriflame will continue to explore more digital tools and trends, including technology based on blockchain.
