This January, the Austrian Alps became the stage for Oriflame’s highly anticipated Diamond and Executive Conference, where top leaders from around the world came together for an unforgettable journey of recognition, learning, and celebration. From the picturesque city of Innsbruck to the snowy peaks of Sölden, the week was packed with inspiring moments, exclusive experiences, and a touch of alpine magic.
The conference began in Innsbruck, the vibrant heart of the Alps, where Oriflame’s Global Top 15 leaders were welcomed with a special dinner at the stunning Adlers Hotel. Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views, the evening set the tone for the days ahead. The next morning, the Top 15 gathered for a productive and inspiring meeting at the iconic Bergisel venue.
Later that evening, the group was joined by our Executive Leaders for a memorable Tyrolean dinner experience at Wirtshaus Nattererboden. This wasn’t just any dinner—it was a celebration of Austrian culture, complete with traditional Tyrolean songs, energetic dances, and a delicious menu showcasing fusion cuisine at its finest. It was a warm, lively evening that brought everyone together and highlighted the unique charm of the Tyrolean region.
The energy carried into the next day as the Executive Leaders headed to Sölden for an exclusive alpine adventure. The highlight was lunch at Ice Q, Europe’s highest gourmet restaurant perched at 3,048 meters above sea level. Here, leaders dined on exquisite cuisine while soaking in panoramic views of the snow-covered peaks. Adding a cinematic twist, they also visited the Elements 007 Experience, stepping into the world of James Bond at the very location where scenes from 007 Spectre were filmed.
Back in Innsbruck, everyone embraced the thrill of winter at the Oriflame Snow Fest, an exclusive event hosted on the slopes of Nordkette. With its breathtaking scenery, fun activities, and an atmosphere filled with laughter, the Snow Fest was an absolute highlight and a perfect celebration of their achievements.
The following day, leaders came together for the Beauty Insider Experience, an engaging session and product exhibition.

The week concluded in style with a glittering Gala Dinner at Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Surrounded by dazzling displays of light and crystal, the evening was a fitting finale to a truly extraordinary conference.
