Oriflame secures support from over 85% of bondholders

We refer to the Company’s announcement on 18 March 2025 regarding the Recapitalisation Transaction.

Oriflame is pleased to announce that incremental support has been received by bondholders since 18 March and now has the support of more than 85% of the Company’s bonds.

Bondholders are reminded that they have until 5pm CET on 24 March 2025 to be eligible to participate in the Bondholder New Money and receive the Early Bird Premium (with the Early Bird Premium and Consent Premium only available to the first 91% of consenting bondholders in each series).
