Stockholm, August 20, 2026
Oriflame welcomed 20,000 Beauty Entrepreneurs to its recent Gold Conference in Paris, with a mix of both a live and virtual audiences. This conference was the first in its history to offer a hybrid experience.
The highlight of the week was The Group Chat TV: Welcome to the Future, a live broadcast produced in television format from one of Paris’ leading venues, Salle Pleyel, translated simultaneously in 21 languages. Around 1,100 leaders attended in person, while the wider community joined online.
A particular highlight of the conference was special guest Daniel Lamarre, Vice Chairman of Cirque du Soleil, who shared why he was delighted to partner with Oriflame and spoke about the values and the creativity the two companies share. The event also featured three exclusive performances by four Cirque du Soleil artists, including a specially choreographed launch of Possess Intense.
Across the following days, the community explored the Expo, joined Master Classes and workshops led by Oriflame leaders, and celebrated the top social sellers at a gala evening held at Hangar Y in Meudon, the world’s first aviation hangar.
A different model for community engagement
The Paris conference was designed as modern community-led experience, and a demonstration of the transformation strategy Oriflame launched in 2025.
Rather than a conference filmed for later distribution, the event was produced as a continuous live broadcast, with three stages, an integrated social wall carrying the online community’s questions and reactions into the room in real time, and 43 contributors on screen across the show, including 26 community leaders and three external broadcasters and experts. The format replaced conventional presentation formats entirely.
The response went beyond expectations. 19,715 Beauty Entrepreneurs across 75 countries registered, almost twice the company’s target of 10,000, following Oriflame’s first coordinated global communication campaign built around a single event.
Content across the week covered the company’s brand strategy, the world premiere of the new brand film the showcase of its transformation ambassador programme, and product new innovations across the NovAge+ skincare and Wellosophy wellbeing ranges, all framed by Oriflame’s Transformation strategy.
The conference also recognised 318 new sales titles achieved by Beauty Entrepreneurs over 17 campaigns between July 2025 and June 2026.
Orkun Gül, Chief Commercial Officer, commented:
“Conferences are a strategic foundation on how we support and enable our community, not a moment in the calendar. Paris was the first one built to prove that, and the response from our Beauty Entrepreneurs surpassed our expectations with almost 20,000 joining between a live and virtual audience. This is just one example of how we are transforming Oriflame for the future“
